Just thought i would post a little update no big reason. I was just thinking about things.
Anyway DS walking to school. I have decided not to see if he can get transport. Ds is really enjoying us walking together and having that time for us to chat. Oh I'm also not going to rush into training him to walk to and from school either we will look into it when it feels more right for him.
Also for myself I had stayed in my house for almost a year not 100% of it went out a handful of times and went away for a weekend with dd. But mostly I was in my house. I think i spent so much time in my house that when I had to go out again on a regular basis I got scared. And I started panicking about having to talk to people etc. But i haven't had to talk to a single person. But just the getting out of the house doing lots of walking has made me feel much better. I don't feel so drained. I just feel better and more energised. I got myself a smart watch and I'm doing around 16k steps a day. Yesterday I only done 2k steps i spent the whole day inside so that must have been simlar to when I wasn't leaving the house. That feels pretty bad now. Oh yes and ds wants us to try and do couch to 5k. So we may try and do that.
I have finally finished filling in autism question on the forms for my assessments. I have a video call appointment on Friday i don't think anything will come of it to be honest. I found it really hard to answer the questions because you have to tick something and several times there wasn't an answer that seemed to fit. So I feel like quite alot were answered wrong. I don't know if they go over the questions and answers with you. Or weather thats all done with now.
Nothing is happening with my adhd thing yet just says I should hear something by 27th October.
