Mouth-breathers

I’m lying here for the millionth time, raging away at my mouth-breathing husband. He’s so noisy and totally oblivious to the fact that I want to smother him in his sleep.

Joke, obvs.

Does he have something wrong with his nose? Polyps maybe ?

No, nothing. He just breathes through his mouth when he sleeps. I want to put medical masking tape on him at night but he refuses.

It’s actually really bad for your health to mouth breathe, maybe that might encourage him? Get him to look it up. Will he wear nasal strips? They open the airway a bit. He’s presumably compensating for a narrow nasal airway, for whatever reason.
