Bag of Frozen Berries misery !!

What am I missing here ??
I’m taking responsibility for my health and having muesli, Greek yogurt and frozen berries to compensate the indulgences I enjoyed from a Tesco bag of Whoosh last night

and why, even though I shake it like we did with the Shake n Vac in the ‘80’s do I end up with the big berries and the bottom third the currants - why don’t they come out evenly ????

Physics.

Shaking things of mixed sizes results in the sizes separating into layers.

Don't shake. Cut the whole end of the bag open and stir with a spoon.

I cannot help with this dilemma, I am afraid. I am rather invested in knowing what delights were enjoyed in your whoosh bag though!😁

Be glad. That means that avalanche balloons probably work. You can 🎿 in stupid places and maybe survive.

Same reason that you shake the bowl when rubbing fat into flour to make pastry to make the lumps come to the top. Large lumps always come to the top of a shaken mixture of two or more sized particles. The little bits can pass through the spaces between big bits under gravity, they don’t go back up. You need to mix the fruit with a spoon, bringing the currants to the top. The most stable state is big particles on top so you need to disrupt that.

Well, having eaten a lovely healthy stir fry for dinner, I was feeling a bit lacking,
so I did my first Whoosh -
it arrived in 35 mins, 💨 💨
I had Magnum ice cream and chocolate buttons !!
the rest of the bag of Whoosh was milk, marmite, pitta breads, salad and cooked chicken, and fruit -
a balanced bag of whoosh I would say !!

I am glad about avalanche Balloons -
Definitely allows me to cross off some concerns I had before they were a thing 👍

I had a whole party bag of Halloween sweets last night as I was upset about something and im on a mounjaro maintenance dose. I didnt realise, having been on a fierce diet for the last 2 years and lost 6 stone, what this would do to my system. Its like the worst hangover you ever had. I may have been turned inside out by the end of the day.
