Just something to go over her quilt. Best to get an all cotton one or fluffy. She has a 10tog duvet that's soft touch and a very lightweight fluffy throw.
Single bed.
She's about 9 stone.
Haven't got loads to spend.
She's expressed interest in one as has anxiety and poor sleep.

Try online home store. Had a couple from there for both my sons adult ones and kids ones. Really reasonably priced.
Had ones just like cotton,
One cotton on top and fleece underneath and a fluffy one and all really lovely and good quality for the price.

I got the silent night weighted blanket and I like it, I use it under my quilt. It should be no more than 10% of your body weight in kg

I went for a 4kg one, 125cm by 150cm. Now wondering if it's too small.
My deduction was by holding a 2kg bag of sugar which felt pretty heavy!
I figured she could use it cross ways on torso down so it drapes in a snug way.
The next size up and weight at 6kg seems claustrophobic?
I'll assess when it gets here.
