Anyone else have problems playing Instagram videos in full?

As the title says, I have been unable to play videos in full on Instagram for a week or so now and it's a bit frustrating. Just wondering if anyone else has had this and how they rectified it. I am on the app on my Samsung phone, all up to date. Cleared the cache, restarted my phone, app is fully up to date

I had problems with Facebook, Messenger and Instagram last week.
Going slow, not playing vids, not sending/posting photos.
I did the whole cache clearing thing, update app like you did but didn't work.
I was googling for any solution and this is what fixed it....
Switch phone to airplane mode
Count 10 Seconds
Switch off airplane mode
It worked 😁
Try that.
