Laxatives woes

Omg

Have IBS anyway but I couldn't poo so took a bisacodyl 5mg. The next day went urgently twice. Thought i was all done. The day after I opened my bowels formed 5 times! The last time I had a terrible stitch to my right side and honestly i must have had 30 motions. Now 3 days later im having spasm type pains to my stomach intermittently. Never again. Have I ruined myself?

Nope you irritated the hell out of your body take some buscapan gor the cramps eat plain food and it will pass
