What do I need to buy for my baby

Hi everyone I'm currently 6 months pregnant with my second. There is a 12 year age gap between my first and this baby. I was very young ,poor and in an an unhappy relationship . I have been split from DD birth father for 11 years ( I mention this so that doesn't derail the thread)
So although my DD is the light of my life I'm really excited to do this with my now DH.
Anyway my point is, it was so long ago,I went through so much at the time and just scraped through so to be honest I don't know what I actually need to buy.
Also SO much has changed in the world of baby equipment.
I'm lucky now that I have a choice in what we buy.

Anyway pointless side notes aside-
Please can I have some recommendations for next to me cribs or something for the baby to sleep in our room and in the living room . Ideally two separate sleep systems . We have a smallish bedroom we have a double ottoman.

A pram . That's foldable and will fit in my little plod around car. Husband has big car so that doesn't matter .

Anything else I need that's essential 🫣

Obviously a car seat but quite frankly ill let DH sort that.

Thanks for being patient and getting to the end of this post I'm used to dealing with a tween who floats around doing skincare and calling everyone brah so it's all new to me . Even though not the first .

Congratulations how exciting!
I had two quite close together so kept a lot from my first but the things I used the most were the next2me crib for upstairs and for downstairs I actually used the pram bassinet on a stand (we had a silver cross one that was approved safe for overnight sleeping) and it was fab, one less thing to take up room! A UV steriliser, was so much better than the steam one I had for my first and zip up swaddles when they were tiny, they slept sooo much better from the get go in a swaddle and zip up ones made it so much easier when your fumbling about at 3am.
id invest in a good carrier and a good extended rear facing car seat, there are a couple of really good ones that you can use with inserts from birth and last until around 7 years old!
