Can I ask you to share your experience of getting Lloyds bank Isa incentive payout due 30th September but paid late

Lloyds are experiencing big backlogs. Mine was paid 3rd October but dh still waiting. No messages from Lloyds. It seems very poor service. Anyone else had problems?
