Thinking more of the mum. Was there anything you found particularly nice or useful as a new mum?

Food deliveries. We were sent flapjacks and brownies in the post. It was so welcome. There are a number of companies that offer this and I've passed on the gooey joy to other new mum friends who have been equally as pleased as I was.
