Disposable period pants

I was on holiday in the US recently and a lot of the drug stores appeared to have disposable, nappy-style pants specifically marketed for periods.

I’ve had a heavy flow for years and wondered if this is a thing anywhere in the UK (I’ve seen Tena and Always pants but they appear to be for incontinence)? It seems like such a great idea, particularly for nights and when you can’t be bothered with washable/reusable period pants, such as when travelling.

Otherwise, has anyone ever tried using Tena or Always pants for period use? Do they work?

I used the nappy ones after I had DD. They were amazing 😂i had a few left so used them for periods and they were great for night time, a bit rustly for during the day though. I didn't use the name brand ones just the cheapo ones for incontinence.

Thank you! I slightly resent going into Tesco to buy Tena pants at my age, but I guess it’s all just branding and the period ones may be exactly the same pants.
