Over the counter remedies or techniques for temporary stress?

I'm currently working my notice in a toxic job, and have another dream job lined up that I am feeling anxious about and a bit imposter syndrome. Deep down I know I will be really good at it but my mind is telling me otherwise.

I woke up last night at 2am with a racing heart and now feel a bit stressed out this morning going into work. I'm in my 50's so menopause loves to mess me about.

Any over the counter remedies that can take the edge off a bit of stress and anxiety? Or other techniques?

Magnesium and ashwagandha an hour before bed.

Exercise - reasonably intense though, not just going for a walk (although getting outside in fresh air has its own benefits.

Either crafting or playing a musical instrument (pretty solid evidence base for these reducing stress and anxiety).

Hot baths/sauna is a piece of advice that often gets mocked but there is actually research to suggest they have as much an effect on your blood pressure as cold water swimming.

Box breathing (Google it) works to slow your heart rate in the moment.

Box breathing, yoga breathing, STOP! technique, aromatherapy, walking in nature/by the sea, guided meditations.

Drinks and oils with a touch of CBD can now be found all over the place including supermarkets, Holland and Barrett, Boots - don't go over the recommended dose on the bottle/can.
