Bump roof of mouth

I’ve had this spot roof of mouth for a while now in a panic incase it’s cancerous as anyone else had these before and lasted months pictures in comments

Could it be a mucocele? I have just had one on the roof of my mouth. It was there for about a week but I know my husband has had them sometimes for far longer.
