Not seeing test results on the NHS app

Please can anyone remember what we have to ask out GP to authorise, so that we can see historical test results on the NHS app? I used a phrase supplied by Mnet last time I moved house, but have just moved again, and have forgotten the key phrase.

I just called and spoke to the secretaries who then asked the Dr. Once they’d done that they ticked the box and it was all done.
