Have any housing association tenants on here had an Energy Performance Certificate done?

What exactly did they do? Have you had any work done afterwards like heating upgrades? Do they take photos while inspecting?

I had one done this year. I checked on the government website and it had recommendations to increase the grade.
Unfortunately the recommendations (cavity wall insulation) won't work as my council house is non standard construction
