Wedding gift idea for my sister

I'm looking for wedding gift ideas for my younger sister. We will probably gift cash to the couple as well but I want to get something specifically for my sister as a keepsake or just something for her from me. It could be jewellery or something else. Budget is flexible. Budget is around £500 but flexible.

I would take her out for afternoon tea and give her a cashmere dressing gown.

I was gifted a beautiful chain with our initials engraved on one side and our wedding date on the other side. I haven't taken it off since we got married. It was from Dylan Oaks, well below your budget.

I do like the idea of jewellery but it's hard to choose something I know she'll like and wear. I will probably take her out or away as a sort of bonus hen do but it's the gift I'm struggling with.

Cashmere dressing gown is lovely but she's also moving to a hot country with DH next year which is partly why this feels like such a big deal.

Could you take her shopping with you and she'll pick the exact thing she likes and you'll give it to her? It takes away the element of surprise for sure but you want to know your gift is going to be well-liked, so I think buying something in her presence would be the better idea.
Also, not really a gift idea but you can make a cute video with her photos for the hen do. Add a song she likes and some inner jokes you have, that could be a very sweet addition.
