Recommendations for a dumb phone?

My phone addiction is out of control. I need to stop scrolling. Have concluded the only solution is to get a dumb phone but i do need one which will do work emails so does need internet capability. Any ideas?

Get a balance phone. I highly recommend them.

I mean maybe like get some child software on a second phone and like lockout all apps far like the necessities for your daily life

I’ve just bought a brick - it’s brilliant. You can schedule it to block out apps

Have just ordered one. A big THANK YOU for the advice as i get back to my old life of reading a book a week and being a productive member of society.
