Hi! I want to understand how I am doing in the UK context. I am 26 years old and autistic.

Do you have any advice to improve it?

Not really clear what you're asking. Doing OK in what sense? Advice to improve what?

Improve how / what?

Hello, thanks for posting. I’m not sure I understand your question. 😊

Not sure I understand your question. Are you working, or living independently?
My ds2 is 29, autistic, lives at home with us and always will , semi independent and has a job in the supermarket, but can't drive, travel independently and will never marry or have children. All of which is ok!

You have missed a lot of context and information out.
It is not useful to compare yourself to other people based on disability and age. You are doing how you are doing.

My cousin is autistic. She is 68 and non-verbal, so you are probably doing quite well.
