Vegetarian meal ideas with only a microwave and toaster for three weeks

I have no cooker for the next 3 weeks while our old kitchen is (well overdue) being ripped out and redone.
I have a microwave and toaster... that's it. Other than living on beans on toast , can you all help me with ideas/recipes that dont need an oven, hob or grill?!
(Im also veggie but I dont think that makes much of a difference) Im not creative with food at the best of times!

Either get an air fryer or a single ring plug in hob. IKEA sell the latter.

Single hob electric plates are also good. Cheap as well if only using for a month.

If you're set on an air fryer be aware that it requires a lot of cleaning, and personally I'd go for a high end one.

Eggs in a microwave.

Butter a ramekins, break an egg in to it,then, this is important, stab the yolk with a knife. Cook on low for w min.

If you have pasta sauces then you can cook pasta without a hob. Fill a bowl or pan with boiling water, add pasta, cover and leave.

Dal pouch (Asda) with added tinned veg (carrots and peas) and tinned beans and microwave rice serves 2 fewer veg added (one tin) serves one

Another one asking if you can get an airfryer? You can get some for about £40. We use our oven about once a month now. More in the winter with roasts and things like that but you can get by easily without it.

veggie meals I make regularly are pittas and wraps, filled with things like airfryer halloumi, or falafel, hummus and veggies roasted in salt and oil the air fryer. You could do micro rice to go with it if you didn’t want the bread. All the usual freezer food, veggie nuggets, chips etc.
I do little mezze plates of roasted carrots and parsnips in honey, and chickpeas in paprika, on a plate with some Greek yog, some bread or rice, some hummus.
you can do roast potatoes and roast veg, if you get a two drawer one you could do that In One drawer and a mushroom wellington or something in the other drawer.
baked potatoes, scrambled eggs,
Loaded nachos (cheese, veggies, tofu or something if you fancy, guac, salsa sour cream)
you can also buy microwave packets of flavoured lentils to pair with whatever you’d like

You can get little silicone dishes to go in it, or mini baking trays, or even those paper liners for pies n things, that all make it a bit easier to clean. Ours is dishwasher suitable too, which I appreciate probably doesn’t help you atm but long term, the cleaning isn’t much more than you would expect for any sort of cooking
