Do you have hairy boobs?

I started getting underarm-type hair around them at around age 30. I pluck them when I see them but they seem to spring out when I'm not looking. DH finds this hilarious.

I thought it was just me but then he and DD were watching the celebrity SAS program and one of the contestants was showing her hairy boobs to another woman. It turns out I'm not the only hirsute one, hooray! Now I'm interested to know how common this is via a completely unscientific MN poll.

Yes course. I have like 8 that always come back and so does my best mate. It’s a hormonal thing. I barely have any hair on my arms or legs so it’s surprising.

I am glad to see this. I was told I was a freak and no female had hairy nipples.

No I don't. I could grow a full beard though if I wanted to (thank you PCOS) so I feel I've done my bit for hair growth.

I've amused myself by discussing which diamante-studded bra I should buy in Victoria Secret with DH. It's closed now though so no sparkly underwear for me :(

Yup. They started sprouting when I was late 30s. The odd one here and there that I pluck. The ones that get me are the fuckers on the underside of my boobs. I think I’ve got ‘em all and then lift my arm up to put deodorant on, and see one waving to me in the mirror.

And don’t get me started on the chin and neck hairs that spring out of nowhere, which I almost always discover as I switch my laptop on at work in the morning waiting for it to load. Gah!

But may i ask them that pluck the hair from your nipples/boob area it must really hurt.

I’ve never had any on the boobs but just don’t ask my chin or, weirdly, the back of one of my thighs.

yes but i have pcos so dark hair pretty much everywhere, including chest, it depresses me so much.
