Can I go horse riding...

In these?

It's just a holiday activity with the kids, so probably no longer that an hour, but will they let me ride in these? I know tight would be better, but literally my only pair of tight "trousers" are a pair of running leggings which come just over my knee (so probably too short?). These are cropped too but come down to my lower calf.
I have straight leg joggers but they'll be hot and take up a lot of space in the suitcase!

Thanks all!

I have a pair of DMs, would they be ok?

They'll do nicely. Much safer.

You need leggings full length as a bare minimum and trainers are a big no - as others have said you need a shoe / small boot with a heel as if your foot goes through the stirrup and you fall off your head will go bang bang bang and you’ll be dragged along - no reputable stables would let you wear trainers but they may hire out boots / wellies etc - if your footwear has no heel then no stirrups ( only if you’re a good rider and have thighs of steel to grip )
