Lindsay Clancy; stating she wanted a fourth child?

Posted for traffic in chat, I am reading about the Lindsay Clancy trial, what I do
not fathom is why she would have been saying she desperately wanted a fourth child
amongst all the mental
Torture she was living in? And had been going on for a long while? I do
not get this?

Unfortunately she wasn't diagnosed with ppp until after she killed their children, by then it was too late and the diagnosis at that stage is pure conjecture, it can't be proven either way now.
