When did you feel like you've peaked? Or is the best still yet to come? Im talking about when you felt your best physically, emotionally, mentally, financially?

Financially - late 20s
Emotionally - late 20s
Mentally - late 20s
Physically - now (aged 62!)

Everything was fine in my late 20s but my physical health was awful, grossly overweight. Significant weight loss of around 10 stones in my 50s, due to taking a step down in my career and having less stress, more time to be active, etc. Never felt as fit as I do today.

Financially - probably 35 to 50. I've since been put on to ill heath retirement. Now 53, retirement good. .

Mentally - now for sure.
Emotionally - always been good.
Physically - even though I've been through a lot its better than I've been for a while. Other age was when I was 30 to 35.

Do you follow any sort of fitness/beauty regime?

Nope, I eat shit, drink too much and the only exercise I do is pulling/pushing a 3 tonne weight around for 12 hours 4 times a week.
