What does everyone do for work?

I’m curious what job roles people have, I’m currently at university studying 2 days per week and sahm to 3DCs

I read so many posts about escaping the classroom and tried to plan my exit but I just crashed and burned last year. Its an absolutely brutal carreer!

What did you move on to? The majority of my team are ex teachers and all new applicants for current vacancies are. Every vacancy getting 100+ applicants... goes to show the retention issue for schools!

Was that a hard jump from charity work?

I work 3 days a week in a pre school (2- 4 years), it’s only term time and I love it!

Agree. I was going to reply and realised if just replying to your OP its just my job title. Who cares about that? What about how many days im away from my children per week or the value this gives to the industry
