Are there portable ac units available immediately anywhere?

Hi, my 93 year old MIL has been struggling with the heat in her flat. I have been looking for a cheap (around £150-200) portable ac unit my husband could take there and set up this week.
Obviously they are mainly out of stock but I am wondering if anyone has found a “secret stash” perhaps in a shop I wouldn’t normally think of?
Thanks

@DefiantRabbit9 - what makes you say that?

@HurdyGurdy19 we have a Toshiba, well respected brand. It's expensive to run and unless you're standing right in front of it it doesn't cool the bedroom down. Take our tower fan which is a Dyson Cool Tower fan that's so old the model has been discontinued. Put that guy at the foot of the bed it takes 10 minutes to cool us off and it's still cheaper to run than the AC. The AC is quieter but who cares about noise when it's too hot to sleep.

I thought this might be a useful piece for some people to read at the moment - so many scams out there.

The link doesn't work, unfortunately. It seems like it could be an interesting read

Be careful what btu you buy. 7000 is fine under 30C but ime not over 30C
