Iam.attending a funeral on 1st July, well it's the church service after family have been to crematorium.
I had my outfit planned, black smart jeans, black camisole top, long line brocade coat thats purples and greens.
Now the weather is scorching, I don't know what to wear, I have black flowery dresses but more suited to evening things, I have a white zara broadranglaise short shirt dress, ive got pink and green flowery summer dresses, but not sure thats appropriate. Black top and cream and black dressy shorts?
Please help, iam useless! Can post pics of stuff when I get home

The last dress is better than everything else so far OP. It does, however, look incredibly hot. Is it polyester/lycra?

Not sure the exact material, it's not lycra, it's a bit stretchy a bit like a light weight jersey fabric, it says 95% viscose 5% elastene

Ah well done @Steeleydan, that last one is fine. Hope the funeral goes well and everyone isn't melting by then.

Usually churches are cold! Its at 2.30!

My Dads funeral was this week. I wore a cream monsoon top and black skirt. I didnt care what people wore, one relative wore very summery attire but it was really hot and I appreciated the huge journey she had made to remember Dad.
