Im going to okay i had A/C fitted in december 2023 in all rooms.
Learned from the last heatwave, im not gonna cope with that again.
I also have 2 flat gel cooling pillow that i put in the fridge, one for my head and one for my feet.

I allso have a memory fome cooling pillow, and to large tower fans.
Will stock up on Ice and ice lollys.
Yes i think that will do it.

We live near the coast (6 miles away) so might go to the beach for a swim. We get sea breezes so it never gets ridiculously hot. I'll walk the dog early.

DH is planning on working in the garden.

I’m planning on parking my arse firmly on my garden furniture and not moving much.

The sea is at the end of my road which means it never gets hot!

Heatwave? Max 25 degrees here. That isn't heatwave territory, that's just really nice, get the suncream on and BBQ out weather.

Barbecue and working on my tan 😁

I don’t think it’s going to be roasting, only 27 degrees here.

Coincidentally, we have an entire weekend of socialising already booked. The do we’re hosting here is now a barbecue 🎉, pub get togethers will now be in the pub gardens. We can’t wait.

I only hope it lasts a few days, if not weeks.

Due to get up to 27 here Wednesday week, in the middle of temperatures of 23 plus for eight days. I have some painting to do (renovating a metal cabinet and a kitchen island), so will get on with that in my garage to take advantage of the warmth and shade. I also plan on doing some tidying in my garden to get some sun in advance of booking and going on a much needed holiday.

And us. However, suspect we'll be inundated with tourists so will hang around with family, grandkids in our garden or theirs. It's not forecast that hot here but 20c is warm enough for me.

Sunbathe to get my tan started ready for my holiday in Greece next week. Also looking forward to wearing my nice new summer clothes now I've lost 3 and a half stone. Bring it on, love the hot weather.

Fuck my life. Its going to be warm. Why do we have to be so fucking dramatic? Its coming into summer. Im going to cut the grass and do normal weekend stuff. Just wearing shorts.

We are forecast a perfect 25 degrees on Sunday. I shall enjoy my garden and going for lovely walks. The roads to the coast will be jam packed and so will the trains as it is the beginning of half term as well.

It's a warm spell rather than a heatwave round here.

I am looking forward to getting into my shorts for the first time this year, and will hide all threads from people complaining about the nice warm weather.
