Are people just thick?

Keep seeing posts about how clever she is or how she’s a marketing genius.
But is she?
Does it really take a genius to work out if you say or do controversial things, people will talk/share posts about it.

I saw that bit on the documentary.

It was incredibly sad.

Bonnie, for all her faults and whatever mental problems she had, had a good, stable upbringing, decent education / qualifications and had a good job before doing this.

The poor girls she had roped in to do this were obviously very vulnerable and doing it out of desperation. They were young, nervous, inarticulate, no support system, no other options or prospects. And she wasn’t even paying them. They were doing it for the “publicity”. It was a very difficult watch, I really felt for the girls.

I feel there would have been more backlash if Bonnie had been male and was exploiting them in this way, but becuase she’s female and acting so unusually for a female, people don’t really know how to react.

Agree with the previous posters. Bonnie Blue is just holding a mirror up to men.

That isn't all she's doing, and I'd question whether she even considered that the men involved would be part of the conversation.

She really is a weirdo. I saw a guy interviewing her and she started saying some quite inappropriate stuff to him and when he reminded her he’s married she said ‘why should I care about your wife? She’s never done anything for me’.

So she has no respect for anyone and thinks that’s a normal way to behave.

She and her ex-husband were unable to conceive - not sure if that was ever understood though.

Im not one of the people who hates her, but she knows what she’s doing and tries to ragebait women so it’s not really surprising that she has haters.

I very much doubt it.

Doing what she does means she has a short time window to make a lot of money, both because of age but also because people move on to the next thing. She's basically sold her privacy and other future opportunities to do most other things in exchange for this short time window, so she needs to exploit it as fully as possible. Pregnancy porn is pretty niche, it would shrink her potential audience. I would imagine she's money savvy enough to know that.

I wouldn’t take her so seriously. She’s like the manosphere influencers, she likely doesn’t believe everything she says, she just says it to shock for rage bait.

I agree - it's very antagonistic to social norms. I have no idea of her intellect in absolute terms, but surely the fact that she's ragebaiting, and people are falling for it so successfully certainly speaks to her clever ability to manipulate the outcome to what she wants.

She says and does these things, her engagement and exposure skyrockets, she's set out to cash in and she's achieved just that. Job done, I'd say, however unpalatable people find her. If her goal is money and fame then she has been clever.

It’s a bit like when everyone used to say that “Jordan” (Katie Price) was an amazing empowering business woman back in the day.

I do t think she’s particularly clever. Everyone knows sex sells and everyone knows going to extremes gets you attention, it’s just that most of us aren’t willing to do what she does.

I thought she looked older as well. Well, “seemed” older, as it’s possibly her demeanour more than her looks. I’m certainly not saying she’s wrinkly or haggard or old looking.

100%. This is why I think so many people genuinely believed that she used to be a man when that photo was doing the rounds on the internet. Lots of men don’t (or don’t want to) believe that a woman can feel as disconnected about sex as they can. Hence all the comments about her being soulless and dead behind the eyes etc.

I believe she has an enlarged clit which has led some people to think she's either a man or that she's got a DSD or is some sort of hermaphrodite. I don't think that's at all true, I think she's XX some women just have enlarged genitalia but most women don't go showing them around to all and sundry.

She set out to achieve something which is hard to do- becoming famous for sex work- and she did it. That does take intelligence. Whether she's a good person is entirely separate.

In the past, she’d have been in a brothel, possibly working up to madam, or exhibited by some PT Barnum-type freak show-com-brothel. (I gather you could purchase sexual access to some of the ‘freaks’.) In 2026, she’s able to monetise her own shock value.

I don’t think that’s what the poster meant. And I don’t think ‘sleeping around’ necessarily makes someone disgusting.

The point is 1000+ men queued up for hours to have sex with one woman. That IS disgusting. You would never get 1000+ women queuing to sleep with one man. Ever.

And even who ‘sleep around’ are unlikely to want to do what BB does and sleep with 1000+ men one after the other. You can be promiscuous without indiscriminately having sex with hundreds of men in one night.

Of course it’s not all men. But everywhere she goes there are men willing to do this, many are probably normal men we work with, are married to, are related to. You would be hard pushed to find any woman willing to do what BB does, and yet willing male participants can be found in every corner.

No, she wouldn't. IMO, she picked this line of work because she saw an opening for the type of content she produces. If there wasn't such a route, she'd have picked something else. Many, many sex workers are still working in brothels, trying and failing to monetise an OF account or making a small amount of side money, and making content which no-one watches.

It's not that easy to come up with something shocking and novel enough to make her a household name and gain the amount of money she is making.

There's plenty of women who would have done it if they had been able to and are still trying to, but it takes skill and business acumen to make that happen.

For me, there's no amount of money which would make what she's done worth it, but then, I highly doubt I would be able to work social media the way she has done to get the amount of attention she wanted even if I tried.
