Fascinated by ‘snacks’ and ‘Friday dinner’ (image will be under review I imagine).

What do you think the 2dls and draps on the right might be?

For me, the 'Friday' dinner is shorthand for something very easy. Maybe pizza, Charlie Bigham, ready made raviolis. Have a look at what's on special and what looks good. But no chopping please!

Does that say “rolls praps”?
as in rolls, perhaps?
To me it looks like it’s been written by a grandparent hosting family and their grown up child has been in touch to ask specifically for the nappies as they didn’t have space to pack them!

It's written by two people - one has started the list and another has added to it.

If I'd written it out for DH, it would have been a lot more detailed, otherwise I'd get something I really didn't want😂

I imagine a Grandma preparing for a visit from her family including grandchildren. To me it doesn’t look like a young person’s writing. The family are coming from abroad so there’s no point in lugging nappies on the plane when you can buy them here. The daughter/ son has specified the size. Croissants and cold meat platter sounds like a fairly fancy breakfast & lunch because they’re entertaining visitors. Dinner for Friday- she wants something special but hasn’t decided what yet. Coke and mini sausages are for the older grandchildren. I can’t remember what else was on the list as I can’t view it at the same time as post. Grandad has been put in charge of buying the booze for the occasion or maybe they don’t drink.

I love letting my imagination run away with me.
