I drive EVERYWHERE but today, I have walked 10,000 steps 😊

I’ve knitted half a nurse (hand puppet destined eventually for Knit for Nowt, a charity that supplies items for free to children’s therapists all over the U.K.) Doctor already done but not sewn up. Only teacher, social worker, policeman, judge, and a professional in a suit, to go. 🙂

Attended Stretch class and did a mini workout in the gym.

Scattered some more flower seeds. Fixed the willow trellis on the back boundary. Decluttered a bit more of my kitchen.

I retired more than 7 yrs ago - a couple of years early, but DH needed care and my boss refused to cut my hours. I lost DH during lockdown and things about the house have been neglected got on top of me. I was somewhat poleaxed and then discovered that I had various repair problems to deal with just as I had to sort out my own health issues. I admit that I'm still prioritising the gym in order to improve my health, but I find that once I've had a gym session I can cope better with everything else.

When I've finished this round of decluttering, the house will still be too full but it'll be better than it was and I'll keep on going.

Planted 15 hedge plants and 2 camelias and weeded the whole garden(not very big but big enough) start another thread tomorrow as I'll have done sweet fa as I'll not be able to move lol 🤣🤣

Contacted a company about minor restoration to an antique mirror
Read DS’s DOLs report and raised one query
Bought ticket to an exhibition, going tomorrow alone 😱
Checked buzzing on record player speaker
Arranged two meet ups with friends this week
Arranged boiler service
Sorted access to online council tax bill
Chased up PAT testing
Had an hour’s afternoon kip

This is binge admin because I had a day st home so wanted something to show for it
