bought some frozen salmon fillets yesterday at the end of the afternoon and forgot to put them away when I got home so they were sitting at room temperature in my kitchen. They are packed in individual plastic packs. They were out for 24 hours. WWYD? (I know what official advice would be, I'm wondering whether there might be some slack)
