what do you do at lunchtime? I've been advised to take it after every meal and its made such a difference even over this weekend. It comes in such a big bottle though and I cant think of anything small enough to decant it into.

Or do I just forgo the lunchtime dose?

Sachets. They're more expensive per dose but more convenient. Have some in my handbag, laptop bag, glovebox, pretty much everywhere tbh.

Get a small bottle to keep in your bag, and decant some from the large bottle

I was permanently attached to my bottle in the last few months of pregnancy, but the big glass bottles aren't practical to carry around, I used to decant into a plastic drinks bottle, the small ones you can get and pop in a plastic bag in case of leaks but I guess a flask would work at a pinch?
