Is the Lottery app down again? I can't add funds

Just that really.
Need to add funds . Definitely enough in the bank .

Keeps saying declined.
It said and withdrawing in order to update .
So I withdrew the grand total of£1.40.

Still won't let me add.

The card details they have are correct .

Can't not do it as it is my elderly mums number s !

No help but I've been having the same issue for a couple of weeks now.

I'd be wary of doing anything while that website is down. It crashed for me a few years ago and i'd been trying to withdraw some winnings. It was only a small amount, under a tenner, but suffice to say I didn't receive them, my account showed zero and National Lottery didn't want to know when I asked them what had happened to my money.

I closed my account and will never use it again. Paper ticket for me from now on if ever I have a flutter.

Oh, I thought it was just me.

My debit card has expired and I've been unable to add the new one.

I am on phone to bank to double check I don't have problem we ith my card

She can't see one and she can't see the payments declined by lottery.

She is just checking something else

Nothing flagged on my account.
She checked Something (?) with fraud team .

All good banking end .
Definitely something wrong on the Lottery end.
