Were Beatrice & Eugenie manipulated by their parents?

Thinking about the part they played in the Epstein situation. Were they groomed or manipulated by their parents to help them? I appreciate it is to meet and greet, be a tour guide and hopefully nothing else. However, these girls were part of the Andrew and Sarah package which played a big part in both parents gaining connection, funds and for Andrew sex. When does this become exploitation. I understand as young adults they had free will, but did they, they were conditioned to think this is ok and normal. Has anyone picked up on this, I may have missed it.

I don’t think it’s either and I think you’ve misunderstood rhe meaning of rhe term groomed,

it’s fairly normal for kids to spend time with their parents friends. In this situation andrew and Sarah have very poor judgement and are both grabby and entitled with their hands out, they saw nothing wrong with that, it’s who they are, so having their kids involved with their friends would be no biggie to them

i dint think the girls played any part really other than do as their parents requested. This is all about Sarah and andrew and their general grubbiness.

There’s a thread on the Royal Family board with lots of knowledgeable posts if you’re interested.

Also watch out for the forthcoming paperback edition of Andrew Lownie’s book Entitled on the ‘House of York’.

B and E are 37 and 35 now, nearly middle aged women with husbands and children. Whatever their appalling parents did to them, (a) the wider family must have known, don’t you think, to some degree, and failed to stop it; and (b) B and E should stop the grift voluntarily now.

Do you believe the sins of the father should be laid upon the children?

No? Well leave B & E alone then. As if they haven't got enough to put up with.

Do you believe the sins of the father should be laid upon the children?

The Bible does. Exodus 34-7

I lavish unfailing love to a thousand generations. I forgive iniquity, rebellion, and sin. But I do not excuse the guilty. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children and grandchildren; the entire family is affected— even children in the third and fourth generations.”

Well the bible says so so that’s it then ?

but a PP says not ?

So that’s two different things written down that disagree - which should I go with ?

hum a political text written by men, curated by men wishing to optimise their power … guess the bible is not to be trusted

yes it is very hard and unusual for children brought up in such an environment to side against their parents

They just grew up in the family and had access to celebrities, Royalty, business people. Parents were grifters deluxe so that trait has carried over. They should be glad Jeffrey didn't take up Sarah's proposal!
