Do you have a matching sofa set?

We’ve just bought a new sofa, a “3-2-1” set.

However I’ve realised most of my friends go for more mismatched/ mixed set ups. Is matching furniture dated??

I have two matched. It is a bit of a pain because one is hardly used and now the other is falling to bits, so if I want a new matched pair I will effectively be getting rid of a nearly new sofa.

Or transporting it to somewhere in the house where I don't really need a sofa.

Just flip them around in the room? Maybe some cushions to cover damage?

Not matching at all. One standard 2 seat and a smaller 2 seat both in one plain colour, a large 3 seat in a different plain colour, plus one vintage armchair covered in Strawberry Thief.

At the moment it matches its all grey. That was by chance rather than choosing it specifically. We've just ordered new furniture 😀and the chairs don't match the sofa but the secondary colour of the weave does.
