So when does peri start?

Ive heard so much conflicting information and now Im not sure what I think!

Im 36! Is this a thing now? What should I be doing?

End of 41 into 42 my cycle started really changing and now it’s all over the place and non predictable. Skips regularly and then just a wee touch of a period and maybe a normal month down the line.
I have suffered ovulation pain for years and was super in tune with it, don’t get that at all anymore. And no other symptoms of it.

Other stuff too, the no fucks to give is brilliant.
