Hot flushes daily at 33, GP told me I just worked in a warm office. Had crippling anxiety at 35 but that coincided with Covid and a bereavement. Went private to endocrinology to rule out anything else when night sweats and hormonal acne went wild at 38. When everything came back negative, GP finally agreed to trial HRT. Flushes/night sweats stopped within a week!
