Interview monday - Advice for an Anxious Autistic Peri Menopause

Have the full menu of crap at the moment as severe anxiety attacks, diagnosed autistic and nicely topped off and made worse by peri menopause. Really want to change jobs as my manager is difficult. Have an interview Monday but how do I stop myself becoming a muttering mess and any good sources of middle aged interview advice. Really any help at all appreciated. Am trying to use the STAR technique but my brain can't process.

Is the role similar to what you're doing now?

I had 2 interviews last week and used chatgpt to prepare. It gave possible questions and I prepared answers or thought of work examples that would help me answer. I wrote out prompts then ran through various Interview questions, speaking out loud what I'd say.
I also went through my application for supporting statement to refresh. I think the star method is helpful, but not always useful for all questions, so don't panic.

Remind yourself why you want this role. Think about your skills and strengths that will help you.

Believe in yourself, you've been shortlisted, so they must think you have the skills and potential. Good luck.

@VenusStarr best of luck, hope you get good news. Its a similar role yes. Good suggestion to use chatgpt, I'll try that. Thanks for replying as my brain is in mush.

Back to say thanks so much @VenusStarr I used chatgpt to frame my answers and focus my peri brain. Just finished and went OK as hadn't interviewed in ages.
