To perk up my moods this year, I am celebrating the little wins. I'm looking for a thought reset because I spent last year and many before that being tired, grumpy, on edge and pessimistic and I have had enough of it. I have emotionally absorbed the constantly awful news and the comment sections on social media are appalling. No more.
I want to be cheerful and enjoy my life. I'm actively seeking, observing, enjoying and appreciating the tiny gold pebbles of whimsy, satisfaction, pleasure dotted throughout my day.
Does anyone else do something similar?
