Can anyone help me please?
I sold an item, posted using Yodel. It was collected but then no further tracking updates for a week so presumably it is lost. The buyer has now marked it as not arrived.
EBay have messaged me and the only option seems to be for me to refund, or wait for the buyer to open a case.
I was expecting that as the delivery service was purchased through EBay and is tracked, Ebay would refund the buyer. Am I doing something wrong? If I refund, can I then claim from Yodel? Help!!!
