after a very surprising turn of events, I appear to be getting married 😁

I need a beautiful dress but struggling to find the one
criteria are :
budget £300 or so
must have sleeves
not fussed on length
something that will accommodate ridiculously sized norks
nothing too slinky, I’m a bit fat with a belly
ideally a boho/western vibe as will be pairing with denim jacket and cowboy boots

help me find something beautiful please

Do you still want to go white or cream even though the rest isn't traditional? What height, size & colouring are you?

There are both white/cream & pastel/coloured dresses on the Needle & Thread website that might suit? I think you'd need to go no longer than above the ankle, if not around calf-length, so that your boots are on show ...?

This is really pretty I think - even though it's high neck, it's sheer with the bodice shape defined underneath. I love the fact that it has little red hearts embroidered over it ... I also love the red bow shoes!

Yes, I suppose a few of the hippie/boho ones I posted are by nature loose & flowing - certainly this & the Sister Jane one. I'm a 16 with 36F boobs & would happily wear either as I like that shape - but I'm also tall so that might make a difference.

It sounds as if you're more comfy/used to wearing things that play to your small waist? Which the Needle & Thread style does - & they've got several more in that vibe.

You've "liked" quite a few but are there any that you're most drawn to? Also, just checking - but are you completely wedded to (no pun intended!!) the denim jacket & cowboy boots idea?

As when I was looking for dresses there were some that I just thought would look innately fine with that look (the more casual 70s-ish ones), but the more traditional full-on ones less so??

Have you thought about either genuine vintage dresses (which are a bit harder to find in larger sizes), or copies of them, which some smaller bridal places specialise in?
