Has everyone stopped getting letters?

Our mail has gone from being every day,
to a couple of times a week, to once a week, and now we’ve not had any post in 12 days. It’s not just me, our local Facebook is full of people moaning about it. Apparently Royal Mail have frozen recruitment, have no staff, and have a massive backlog due to the snow. They are apparently prioritising parcels, and we’ve had a couple of those.

It is the same story nationwide?

Our local Facebook is also full of people moaning about no post…this is in the midlands. Same reasons given.

I’m in London and this often happens to me. I can go a week or longer without mail and then loads arrive.

Midlands too no post since before Christmas until our MP complained suddenly we had post including a letter telling me I had a gas safety check THAT DAY thing is if im not home and ive no clue about it I can be threatened with eviction because I will have denied acess for something I knew nothing about they don't always put notes through the door either fortunately they called to remind me because they sent the letter out before Christmas so I could be home but ffs
