I really struggle to stick to any kind of routine but have realised recently that, although it find it annoying and sigh when I get a reminder, the DuoLingo streak thing really works for me. I reckon what I need is something like that but for exercise so that in order to complete my streak I have to do 10 press ups or 20 squats or whatever. So even if I'm not doing very much each day, over time I'm building strength a little bit at a time. Does such a thing exist?
