I had a notification from Vinted tonight regarding an order which I posted the other day for someone using Inpost. It said my transaction is suspended as the buyer reported an issue. Upon further inspection, the buyer has an issue and claims the bag was open and there were some items missing from the package upon collection. It says Vinted will contact me within the next 48 hours! I always double bag to protect items in transit and message the buyer confirming this once I have posted. But not sure if Vinted will side with the customer. Will i still get my money? I am worried - it wasn't a huge amount but just annoyed by the experience as I have never had this before.
