Anyone else either always feeling cold, or boiling hot, but never 'just right'?

Yes I'm 'that age' where it's peri/menopause.
No I don't really have any other issues.

But I am FED up of only being cold, or boiling. Especially at night time.

I said this to my husband one night last week. I cannot get the right temperature.
