What I mean is all drinks water, tea , etc so you don't have to go in the night to the toilet ?
I've stopped about 8pm and I find it helps and I'm now mostly sleeping through the night .
Do you actively stop at a certain time ?

I take a cup of Sleep tea from Aldi to bed with me, and there's also a glass of water for me to sup on through the night.

I sometimes need to pee at 3am, but it's rare.

Late 40s.

I always have water to drink overnight - kidney disease

I cannot sleep without my water bottle on the side of my bed. I wish it wasn't the case. I wake up twice in the night for a wee and I instantly need a drink too.

Ive tried everything to make it stop, I drink plenty all day but still need more every time I wake up.

So no help here im afraid OP but god I know how you feel! Id love to sleep an entire night x

I drink water right up until the second I go to sleep and tbh the most I’d ever wake up for a wee in the night is once, and usually it’s something else that wakes me up first - 26 years old with 1 child for reference.

Although I’m currently 8 months pregnant so atm it doesn’t matter when I stop drinking I’m up every 2 hours for a wee regardless. 😂
