eBay question - selling tickets on eBay, when to send after payment

I’ve sold some tickets on bay. Buyer has paid.
Do I wait for it to show in my eBay account before I send them? I have digital codes and also the actual tickets but listed it as collection only.

I'd think you'd send it asap. You've been paid for the tickets and the payment will process. If it doesn't, you're protected by eBay I think?

Why are you going to send if you listed as collection only. Why aren't they collecting them. I wouldn't send if they were offered as collection only.

did the buyer contacted you??
and if its collection only on the collection buyer need to provide the code, so then you can mark it as paid and ebay will release the funds to you

You won’t have access to the funds until the buyer receives the item

If collection only you have to scan their code to confirm collection/release funds. I'd have used Twickets for resale

I have had people collect. They have a QR code that has to be scanned to confirm collection. This was introduced when they stopped cash on collection.
