God there’s LOADS of them! So… I know you have to take + 1000mg a day, that it should be a combination of bovine and marine, that it should contain vit c to help with absorption, and it should be hydrolysed, again to aid absorption but…there are sooo many powders/ liquids/ pills , and so many different price points.
Can anyone help? Also interested to know if anyone thinks it’s a load of rubbish and I should save my money.
I’m 52 btw, and my hair is thinning, skin good, gut health/ tummy fat needs some work.

I use absolute collagen, my hairdresser seems to think my hair is thicker and longer since i started it. Not sure about my face, skin seems nice but cant be sure if its products or collagen or both.
they have a sale on at the moment, if you subscribe you can get a really nice gift pack of testers in a bag and after 12 weeks they send a full size freebie of your choice.
if you go with them i think i have a code somewhere. Also note the powder tastes like creamy vanilla in coffee but smells vile as you open it. The gel sachets mix well in water and are pleasanter to taste, i use the lemon but when i started i asked for samples of the other flavours and they sent me them free. They seem to have great customer service.
