I purchased a pixel pro 10 XL on Monday. It arrived on Tuesday. Set up absolutely fine. The screen keeps going pink, all pink and static, freezing, not responding. Looking this up on the internet this appears to be a common problem with this phone
I rang EE. They cannot send a different phone, they say it has to be the same as what I have. Seeing as this is a very common and ongoing issue I don't want one. I'm not paying for something monthly that doesn't work. I have requested a new phone, I will of course send this one back. I've been told that I have to take out a brand new contract with a new number and a new line and then send this one back.
I don't want a new number, I don't want 2 contracts. They are refusing to bend and I don't know what to do.
Stupidly I don't have my old device or id just use it.
I'm confused and lost
Unfortunately being without a phone isn't an option. I'm a single mum, my daughter's school has this number and I am awaiting an operation so I also need this number
