I had been doing really well and getting up at 5.30am for the gym in the week. It was hard going at times, but I felt great for it each day. Over the festive period there has been no gym and I have laid in bed until 11ish when not working, I've not got dressed or 'ready'. I am now massively struggling to get back into 5.30am again, despite early nights.
Any suggestions for how I can get back into 5.30am wakenings ? I have been turning the alarm off over Christmas. My bed is just sooo warm and comfy
