How much do you spend on your supermarket shop?

So off the back of me wanting to get out of debt (see my other thread) it has been brought to my attention that I spend too much at the supermarket.

So how much do you spend on an average month at the supermarket? 2 adults, 2 primary age kids. Includes laundry detergent, cleaning products, toothpaste, shampoo etc as well as breakfast and evening meals for us all and lunch for me and DH.

What sort of meals do you make?

I saw your previous post and thought your budget is fine!

Two preteen boys and a DH with food intolerances (gluten), anaphylaxis (peanuts so seeds and nuts need to be from a peanut free factory) and trying to avoid UPFs means we spend £200 a week on food, as I provide all meals for all four of us.

ETA don’t forget some months have five weeks of food shops

We.spend £550 a month. We are 4 kids and 2 adults. All food, children's toothpaste/shampoo etc pull ups,, cleaning products and pet food ( 2 cats and a large dog). Includes lunches for all kids which we make in thermos for school and us (WFH). Does not include alcohol cohol.as we buy out own from personal.money. We have to cook a lot and don't eat much meat

Approx £140 a week for 2 adults, a teen, a toddler, 2 cats. We get EVERYTHING - cleaning, pet food, toiletries. But I feel like we do overspend!

About £300 a week. One woman, two young adult sons, two dogs. I eat raw food and am vegan which is what causes the damage. Absolutely ridiculous I know.
